Mahlia Amatina
'Life on a Spectrum' is Mahlia Amatina's interactive art experience celebrating autism and neurodiversity and opens on 23rd Nov 2019. Abstract artist Mahlia Amatina has announced her newest exhibit inspired by her arts-led advocacy work for neurodiversity. Funded by Arts Council England, the show is an interactive exhibit that uses visual art, writing, videography and performance art to involve viewers both onsite and online. Visitors play an active role in the creative process and are encouraged to interact with exhibit elements, by generating their own art with pre-cut magnetic shapes and leaving responses to questions related to autism-specific traits.

Bob Aldous
One Paved Court is pleased to present recent paintings by Bob Aldous.
The exhibition runs from the 26th Nov 2019 to the 15th Dec 2019, open from Wed to Sun from 12pm to 5pm.
Private view is on the 28th Nov - if you are interested to attend please RSVP.
Bob Aldous returns to One Paved Court with a solo show of new work. Bob’s paintings – usually executed on silk – use a delicate layering of watercolour, acrylic and ink, to become visual meditations that relate to the interplay between movement and repose.
These works are not drawn from direct observation but are worked in the studio, often from smaller studies that are abstracted and then developed into larger works. By working in this way the abstract paintings relate to the artist’s emotion and memory; a memory that is shared through a visual poetic dialogue with the viewer.
The Exhibition will be accompanied with a series of talks
Thursday 28th November 6-8pm - PV
Saturday 30th November 3pm- Poetry and painting, with the poet Myra Schneider.
Saturday 7th December 3pm - Stillness and painting- Bob Aldous.
